You have to pay for shipping unless you have prime. I just signed up for the 1 month free trial for Amazon prime, so it was 9.49 total for me.

If you go to last step of the checkout process - it does say "free shipping on orders over $25 - but has an option of Free SSS - worked for me in the past 
and I am not a prime member - works only on lightning deals - good luck!

The item is 9.49, I didn't want to spend $25 The normal sss option wasn't free since it was 9.49. Plus I get it in 2 days this way.
