Does anyone else think the T&C are confusing?

They say, "Purchase $40 or more in school supplies." How do we know what qualifies as "school supplies"?

Even though there are some brands listed on the advertisement page, the ad just says "shop...these great brands". The T&C doesn't say anything about certain brands.

The ad on the main page says "select school supplies" but again the T&C doesn't define select.

If you click on the "Shop Now" link, it'll bring up about three pages of matching products, which I assume are the qualifying ones.

i also got the same email, i called the phone number on the web page i used to request the rebate and got a recorded message saying "a bunch of emails went out in error, we are looking in to it..."

Error my ass! These companies just play the numbers, and know a huge chunk will not waste their time with this, meanwhile saving them a bundle of money with not paying rebates.
