I tried installing this yesterday..when I tried entering the convert coupon code it said it's been used up already.. so I thought it was dead.. may be I was doing something wrong? Op's code is the one everyone is using right?

Probably because it contains removers that look alot like the malware they're trying to remove. I've had that problem before too- it wants to quarantine files that I know are good via checksum.

I wouldn't worry- but I haven't tried this particular setup.

Just a quick note. This should be used in conjunction with AV software. I run it with AVG.
