This ladylux plus is a good deal for $262.5 if the color and style matches your kitchen, since ladylux plus faucets are at least $300+ (plus shipping) everywhere else. I have a stainless steel one in my kitchen and I am very pleased with it.
I'd be sure to visit eBay and see what you can do for different brands. Grohe while good is overrated. Look for Mico Designs, Herbeau, KWC, Brizo, and see what you can come up with -- I remodeled our house with top of the line components for far less than retail (eg, Brizo wide-spread lavatory set for $31 (brand-new too) + S/H, retail $420). You'll have to scan for a few weeks and keep an eye on the fuzzier deals but come your way they will. The most I paid was for our Kitchen faucet, a KWC $800 job for $150, and it's sweet.
