Hope you didn't open it yet or you own it. Wal-Mart (and every other retailer) refuses to open any opened software.
If you didn't open it though you're good to go!
Thanks for the link OP. I've sorta wanted this but there was no way I was paying $60 for it. $40 is reasonable enough I suppose!

That is a big YMMV, if you have the receipt most of the Walmarts I deal with will take anything back, including games.

Or you can buy the one from this deal, which would be sealed, and return that to WalMart .

Sometimes that will work, but in rare cases (not saying this is one of them) the UPC's are different for different retailers.
