Thanks OP! Right before I fly, too There were a few customers complaining about the product (NC circuitry and ear bud size); but I doubt they paid 25 bucks for it

Just got one. I have about 30, the good ones are 1 HD640, 2 HD600, 1 HD590, 1 HD555, SE530PTH, E3, IM716, IM616, SR60 and a lot of cheap sennheiser, Sony low end headphones.
Read reviews before diving in. It suggests that this one is NOT foldable, and the noise control is useless. I'm no Bose fanboy, but I begrudgingly have to admit that if you want noise cancellation, Bose is where to go. The only thing that came close was some of the newer Sharper Image sets.
yes, and yes. That's good way to use free crappy airplane earbuds. Wolverine88 said:Is any old headphone (including earbud) eligilbe? even the free one on the airplane?
I just bought the Sennheiser PXC250 from Circuit City for $20.96 ($27.37 with shipping and tax). So, with the $25 trade-in rebate, I am getting the folding noise cancellations headphones for $2.37. Score!

Am I missing something?

But if you buy these and spend a few more dollars at CC to reach $24, you will get free shipping.
For noise cancelling headphone, I heartly recommend Jabra C820s. I bought it from Amazon around $65. comfy(earcup are around the ear lobes, not on the ear lobes. it's esp important to someone wearing glasses!) + good NC!

cancelled mine at Newegg. got 4 of PXC250 for CC for $88.88. Free shipping. Net is $12 in profit. If I can sell 2 for $50 each, I will make $112.
