Ok People, BAN this place.... I order 3 of the small units for 20.00 ea, and checked out. I never got an email from last week when I ordered them, so I called, the guy says I show you created an acct, but no order!! So I said fine, can I still get them and he says out of stock, so I tried the other 2 units I liked, yes we have them in stock, BUT they are 52.00 each, not 17.50 or 20.00.. If you look online it says SOLD out, yet they have them in stock if you call!! So needless to say this company sucks and is trying to pull a fast one. I vote for Banning this company from FATWALLET DIL |

so UPS brought 1 today ordered 2 and only 1 was in pkg even tho packing slip said 2 called the 1800# after about 6min I spoke with a rep she couldnt figure out what happened [duh] they charged for 2 then she was like oh it went out of stock after we packed half your order.... took forever but they are sending another unit a different model # but the same brand so the 2nd half of the order will get here in a week or ten days- hmmmmmmmm |

WTF is with this POS company? I ordered 3 of the most expensive units with hepa. They charged my card immediately. I log in to see that my order says " backordered". I received NO communication from the whatsoever. Now, after 10 days, it says "processing" and has been like that for the last 3 days. Seriously, I have to call and rip them a new one. |

I'm having the same problem with this POS company. I ordered 1 purifier for $20 and another humidifier that was suppose to be on sale from $50 to $15 but the discount never was applied to the humidifier and the purifier was out of stock. I called them and they said they can't do anything about it from the account since it went to shipping. But I've checked and they haven't shipped it since 19th. I'm banning this company. |

yeah what a terrible company. I called to cancel my order on Monday since it still hadnt shipped yet. Asked for a confirmation email, didnt get it. I filled out the online return/cancelation form Tuesday. Got an autorespond email Today I get a notification my order has been shipped, 10 days later! WTF>? Plus they substituted one humidifer for the other without my consent and the one they are shipping has poor reviews for leakage. So I call them and tell them I want to return, they say fine but we wont refund the shipping charge!! WTF! |

i just checked my order status, its set for delivery tomorrow. they substituted the humidifier that i purchased with another one that gets the leaking reviews. so, has anyone rejected an order while not being at home? ups always leaves packages at my doorstep. sigh, stupid company (jarden). |

That did not happen for my units. Are you using the 'ionizer' that is on some of them? If so, maybe try turning it off. |

I just got to opening up my units...one of them for sure was a return (the power cable was wound under the base of the unit) and the other looks like it might have been (a lot of scuffing on the sides). I will be contacting them in the morning. Very disappointing. |

Not only they replaced HM2408-UC ($40, 3 year warranty) with BCM7204-U ($20, 2 year warranty), but also they shipped returned items. At the buttom of the box, there is a sticker from LNT.com. |

This looks like it's going to get ugly. Even though more expensive humdifier is in stock, they are unwilling to sell it to me at the original price. Sounds like bait and switch. Customer service reps seem to know they are doing something skanky... Does anyone have the pdfs of the original page showing the sale prices? May need it for dispute... |

If you go online on their website to check your order, you can see the original ordered unit including model# and the sale price. It is marked as cancelled and the switch to the questionable unit is also there. |

the 2nd half of our order finally came yest it was the differnt model air filter that the customer service rep [daphne] told me they were sending - it works ok + is still a better deal than the one I had looked at before- so got an ok deal but company is a PIA will not be ordering from again..... |

I received my order yesterday and found my order was replaced to BCM7204U. Called them today, the rep said either refund me or send me HM2408. I chose sending me my correct order. They will send me UPS lable to return the BCM7204. Not too bad experience dealing with rep, let's wait and see |
