P.S. 1: I know the price isnt so hot because this is a refurbished laptop (similar new laptops can be had for just $50 more). But, I went into my local MC and haggled with the sales associate. At first, the associate said there might be a discount because its a clearance. But when he called the manager the manager said theres no discount. After explaining to the manager that I was misled and that I could do business somewhere else, he reluctantly agreed to a 2% discount then. I told him I was still dissatisfied and before leaving the store I gave him my phone number in case he changes his mind to allow a greater discount. I told him that if he doesnt offer some good deals in the store that I would tell all my friends to shop elsewhere.
I went in there just to sharpen my haggling skills; i didnt intend to buy it. However, at least there should now be some wiggle room for a price decrease if anyone's interested.
P.S. 2: If you cant go to the NY MC, just select the MC location closest to you on the site. This deal IS available in other states!

These were selling at BB not to long ago for $399 new with a one year warranty. It is a good price if you can find one, but if you miss it don't sweat it.
