I used this the other day and it worked with San Francisco (haven't gone yet so I haven't received it but the order worked)

I think I'll go for the gas card, but it's really lame that you can't do both. I was able to log in for the gas card OR Cash Back, but not both at the same time.

i had the same problem. also noticed that going thru FatCash bumped the prices for the room a little bit. in my case, a $600 stay would've gone up $12 using FatCash. so instead of losing out on $24, i only lost $12. then again, i get the $50 gas card...
