Gigabit router with Wireless-N? $77.95 plus $5.00 shipping? Yeah, it's a refurb, but it's one HELL of a good deal!

Nice. Does it support DD-WRT or Tomato?

This would be hot if new. Being a refurb it’s warm.

Is it a version 1.0 (dd-wrt supported) or version 2.0 (not supported)?

That's the $10,000 question...

Being a refurb though, I'd probably guess version 1.0, but don't quote me on it.

Taken from one of the other threads....

The latest news is that LINKSYS does not participate with Intel/Centrino as Asus and Buffallo have.

The result - LINKSYS does not support "N" in the widely popular Intel/Centrino Wifi cards going into all the Dell laptops.

Intel is using 5Ghz which the LINKSYS products do not support in their hardware.
So - there will be no new firmware versions to fix it.

So, even a V1 seems like a high price for a "G" router.

---

Obviously this doesn't prevent dd-wrt from supporting it but I didn't see anything to indicate it did.

I just wanted to add to the post. I have a Linksys dual band router which supports 2.4ghz and 5ghz so im not sure why some one would of posted that Linksys does not support that band.
