When I went to the La Mesa, CA store, the didn't even know what they were, had no idea where they might be, and did not want to help find them. Perhaps this is why this company is unfortunately going down the drain slowly. Even the very attentive and helpful employee that sold me a car stereo a month or so ago was kind of drifty, and did not understand what I wanted done. He did finally get us what we wanted, but had trouble getting us a receipt that showed the gift card we turned in. Some BS about how receipts don't show gift card credits, but I would not leave without a receipt that showed sale price, minus GC credit, plus applicable tax and a total. The one he gave me showed no credit for the GC and he wanted me to "just trust C." Yeah, like I just stepped off the boat yesterday. They just did not know how to work the computer.
Unfortunately, though the seldom have any real value to present to the customer, they will probably go out of business nece. Even Blockbuster...oh, never mind.
A sad experience or two anyway.
