Good deal. I have this and love it. I believe some people prefer the older model; I'm not sure the new models have been Rockboxed yet, which means they can't use SDHC.

Actually, although Rockbox has not gotten a build for the V2 units yet, I am pretty sure the new Sansa firmware supports SDHC out of the box. Also, I don't know why they are suddenly so high on Amazon, but I bought a new E280 last week for $80. Hell, you can get the new Fuze (better machine) for $110 shipped.
Save your money and get a refurb E250 (2GB) for $35, Rockbox it and get a bunch of 8GB SDHCs.
don't think i've seen a new one at this price before. But i'm cheap and went with the refurb for $45 http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/hot-deals/840121?highlight_key=y&keyword1=sansa
I got a 2GB e250 refurb a week ago for $30 shipped from here. Since there is an expandable microSD slot, I didn't see why I need to spend an extra $50. I received it yesterday, and the quality is very good.
