I am putting together my Home Theater and I stumbled upon this at Bestbuy's 167 Woodlands store just north of Houston (I got the only one)

ORGINAL MSRP $139.99 I got it for $45.99 although the shelf said it was clearance for $62.99. Online has a price for $89.99.

I know some folks might not be a big fan of the whole power surge / line conditioner products but at 67% off I could not pass it up. Of course YMMV because as everyone knows Best buy clearance prices vary widely... perhaps someone has it even cheaper. I know cost on this unit is in the $30-$40 range so I wouldn't expect to see it too much lower.

I bought my father this exact same unit 4 years ago and his system has worked without damage after a few hurricanes and many power surges and brownouts. I kinda like the cosmetic looks of it as well.

Its just a surge protector with 10 outlets plus a few coax and rj11 jacks. At $140, I am amazed anyone would buy it. But at under $50, this is a decent deal.
