The WRT610N is the new Linksys wireless router which supports 2.4 & 5GHz bands simultaneously. I bought one recently because I live in an apartment where the 2.4GHz band is really congested, and it's been working very well. It's been selling for about $200, but Amazon and Circuit City both dropped their prices to $150:
Small Net Builder just reviewed this product:
Storage Link is one of the interesting features of this product, as it allows you to plug in a USB drive and share it across the network. I have a Synology NAS, so I don't really need this feature, but I tried it and it seemed worked well, and could even read and write to NTFS partitions. I copied across a 1GB file to measure the speed, and I got just under 5MB/sec with the Linksys - Not the fastest NAS in the world, but about the same as many other NASs.
-Mark.
