I bought a mousepad with a customized photo from them about a couple months ago for 2.99 shipped and the quality seems to be very good and the price is cheap.

I got mine about 3 weeks after I ordered. They ship from Hong Kong. Pretty good quality, although I can see pixelation because my camera is only 2 megapixels.
