Have a friend been using a few of these no problems. I bought one couple months ago (retail), and its been 24/7 solid. Decent amps on 12v rails.
I've ordered from Directron a half dozen times, no problems yet.

Do not get this power supply. Orion is the worst model line from HEC/Heroichi and has some parts missing from it, as can be seen namely the EMI/RFI filter, as can be seen here (notice empty spaces in lower left), meaning it will create more radio/TV interference and let through more surges that get past the MOVs found in power supplies (the Orion may have none, and power supplies never seem to have more than two MOVs anyway) and surge supressors. Compare that Orion with a better-quality HEC Ace here.
Most people have no problems with really bad power supplies because few computers draw more than about 200-300 watts, worse case.
