Hot price on this combo, normally it's $59.99. This is a great CPU & motherboard for a basic machine, I've been using one in a home server with no problem. I think the motherboard is good for running an OS X 'hackintosh' too.
Check your local Frys ad as most deals are at all stores, but to be clear I saw this in the Seattle store's ad.

I have not found this one in the Dallas ad, but it is probably there.
OTOH yesterday's Dallas Fry's ad that goes until Tuesday has an AMD dual core w/board for $69.99 also a good basic system. However, on calling I found that it is not a boxed CPU w/fan.

hackintosh' sucks. just install ubuntu. not sure why people are so hot about a bsd box with a gui on it. linux box with gui does the same stuff

Alive again as of 8/18 at the Portland Fry's store. Not the best CPU around but it's the cheapest CPU/mobo combo I've seen at Fry's all year.
The cheapest comparable combo at Newegg is an AMD Sempron 3000+ for $49.
