I received 3 out of 4 dvds today. I do not see anything that could get me a free movie ticket. Anyone else has a better luck?
I probably would return it to local BB

I've already received the dvds but my understanding of this deal was that the movie cash would be shipped separately later in the month (I believe the listed date for the movie cash was 8/24).

That is my understanding as well. The email receipt I have shows:

1 Righteous Kill/Traitor Movie Cash-DVD

My Address
Status: Pre-order release date is 8/24/2008.

Edit: Received my certificate 8/26

The local BB had plenty of these certificates sitting there. The cashier had no idea what they were and asked me if they were free, to which I said sure. I did pick up 4 movies and got 4 certificates, but I wonder if people can just snatch these up for free.
