Has anyone actually tried this griddle?

Can it truly work better than my 50-year-old lovingly seasoned iron skillet?

As for the description pic, who in their right mind tries to cook 2 pancakes, 3 sausages and 2 perfectly formed fried eggs at the same time!?(miraculously missing is the fatty sausage run-off!). That spread would require at least 3 of these overpriced pans working in tandem and obsessively swiped of grease by food stylists! The food has clearly been cooked elsewhere and slapped onto this cookware.

I don't generally try to rock the boat, but this uber-cookware-snobism just pisses me off.

Why would anyone buy this?

If anyone has purchased this and has had truly fantastic results (particularly with more than 2 people), please let me know

Yeah price was $15.20 for a short while but back up now.

Just received package today. It's funny, the box that the griddle is packaged in says MSRP is $199.95. Ha!! Yeah right.

It looks very nice and I will report back once I try it.

I agree with the other poster in that you'd be hard pressed to make everything together as it shows in the picture. I will try making some pancakes this weekend and see the results.

Thanks.
