3 year warranty

EDIT: Warranty info has been updated to 3 years. Newegg shows the warranty at 5 years but after reading the posts below I believe warranty would be only 3 years.

They also have a 32MB cache version of this drive for $119.99.

Seagate's warranty on OEM desktop drives is only 3 years. Newegg doesn't distinguish between retail and OEM products when they state the warranty period -- although they do offer a disclaimer that the information may be incorrect or out of date.

Woah! Thanks for the update - I had assumed all Seagate drives had a 5 year warranty. Evidently I need to make sure I pick up a retail drive, for the full 5 years.

Updated OP to reflect new price and added a new drive with 32MB cache for $10 more. The price increase makes it a warm deal now.
