Sams has select light truck and suv tires @ $60 off set of 4 through aug 21, I just bought the long trail tours for my ford escape(size 235-70-16) , they are supposed to be much better than the old long trail ta's..their price was $113.66 per tire before discount and whatever they charge for mounting fees....I heard these are made by Michelin but don't hold me to that though.............

FWIW: I put Traction TA on three vehicles and all three are worn out at 20,000 miles. This tire has 60,000 mile tread wear warranty.

I selected Traction TA after researching Tire Rack.

Michelin owns BF Goodrich.

I just put Michelin Hydro Edge on my wife's Hyundai Tucson. Michelin/BF Goodrich gave me 70% discount on the Hydro Edge for the warranty claim on the pre-mature wear out of the Traction TA. The Tucson drives like it has twice as much rubber on the road (same size tire).
