No, these are microfiber and are of a much higher quality. These are soft and designed for delicate work, were shamwow is a more abrasive synthetic designed to be used rough stuff.

Just tried ordering myself and got the same thing. I'm taking a screenshot of their offer and contacting customer service. $5 is still $5.
If you like the deal, give me some green, I need a new t-shirt! 
I also only got the $10 off. I used the phone option from their contact info and the CSR that called me gave me the $5 off to be used on my next order. That works for me because I buy stuff all the time and the $5 off this or $5 of something else is all the same to me.
