PM at Circuit City to the Fry's price and get $1850-$1600 = $250 * 10% = $25 back, making the final price $1575 out the door. Circuit City is also paying sales tax this weekend in CA as well! Add another 8% AAA or 10% coupon for even sweeter deal (YMMV on that).

EDIT: Saw over on another site that CA Fry's might be matching the CircuitCity no sales tax promotion this weekend! If you don't want to mess with the pricematching, get it for $1600 out the door from Fry's!

Also, Amazon may not charge sales tax in CA, but technically you are supposed to report internet purchases which you did not pay sales tax on your CA state income tax return and pay a "use tax" on those items. I get the feeling most people probably don't report anything for small purchases, but for something big like an HDTV, it might be a good idea to go ahead and report it. In that case, the Amazon price has a hidden cost of additional state "use" tax, making these local deals even better IMHO.
