Thanks muoot for posting the reg info. As I said in the OP, I have no need for this so I didn't know anything about it. I just wanted to pass it along, thinking it might be useful for some. It does seem too good to be true, but some deals are. If you're skeptical, avoid it. If you're willing to bite, please post and let us know how it went, if/when you get your money back, etc. Perhaps the mods will want to move this to Deal Discussion?
I will say that I've ordered from cheapphonecards in the past (maybe 2 years ago?) and this is the first email I've received from them. My order went fine with them way back then, but it seems they might have scammed themselves in order to promote this deal. I just don't know... Buyer beware!

Is moneyjar.com reliable?

I emailed them and used their contact us page but no replies from them.

Issue: There is a change in CashBack from AT&T per claims from dealdigs but that is not reflected on dealking or moneyjar.com
