I don't know if this is nationwide, but in the Bay Area, the current Walgreen weekly ad has a 2/$1 sale on an 8 pack of Bic Ultra Round Stic Grip Pens (Black or Blue).

There is also a Manufacturer's Coupon "Save $1.00 on any TWO (2) BIC Stationery Products" in this Sunday's paper in the coupon insert.

I was able to use the coupon to get two 8 packs for only 9 cents tax.
