Would I be eligible for this promotion if I got this same RAM 5-6 weeks ago and filed a rebate?

This is a new promotion. Also, Rollins asked about being eligible for multiple promotions and not about how soon the rebate must be postmarked.

Rollins: Yes, you should be eligible for this because it is a different promotion. To be 100% certain I would call (1-866-665-7405)

I think it is 14 days from the time your ordered rather than 12 but in any case one FYI the EggSaver shipping is a DHL/USPS hybrid. Basically DHL takes the package most of the way and then USPS takes it the last few miles. I recently ordered an OCZ USB stick using EggSaver shipping and it took 11 days to get to me which was cutting it awfully close and what was more annoying was that it showed delivered for 4 days prior to it actually showing up. There are a fair number of compliants on the Internet about this. I would probably take the risk again to save the $6 bucks on shipping but I would have to think about.

Anyone have the rebate form link for this promo? I bought on the 16th, and it only has the rebate form for 17 -31st now. TIA

Talked to CS and she said it would be valid for the same period. Oh well, was thinking of grabbing a 2nd set.
