I don't know what this JourneyEd is, but skip the middle man and do this:
Go directly to the dreamspark homepage https://downloads.channel8.msdn.com/
1. Sign in with your Live ID. (If you don't have one, register one for free). The ID does not need to be a .edu email) 2. Before you download, it'll ask you to be verified. Follow the steps to select your school, and enter school email, etc. 3. Your Live ID will now be verified. You can now download any of the available software using your verified Live ID.

Thanks, my brother, the college student for life or as long as mom and dad will pay, was looking for a SQL Dev tool.
