calling corporate is fine. that's what people used to do with Staples.

~241822 HP Mini 110-1030NR XP Edition 10.1" Widescreen Netbook Computer With Intel® Atom™ Processor N270; was $329.99, now $229.92~
I was in a couple stores today, and could find only one in stock. One store had a couple, and sold them after the $199 netbook special sold out today. I bought the eeePc from Targett this summer, but will likely keep this one instead because of the long battery life.
~871600 (UPC 051122272769) Imation™ DVD+R, 4.7GB/120 Minutes, 50pk; was $11.99, now $5.00~
Saw 36 spindles of these by the entrance (left side), Orland Park, IL store. They had a similar package with different SKU# 116964/UPC - 051122276767 for $9.99 (12/01 - 12/26/09) at the DVD media area.

Found the above items on clearance. I don't have the SKU's but those are the UPC's. The Office Depot one is good quality but haven't tried the other one. They also had "tan" packing tape for .54 but don't remember the brand. Came with dispenser. It was a smaller roll though so not as good a deal.
Found the SKU for the Office Depot tape I posted in prior post. It's SKU 881038. This is good tape as well as the tan. I tried the USPS one and it was poor quality tape but OK for the price I guess.

green for you. I found an unopened box of 18 up in the overstock rafters hidden behind the "curtain". lol
As far as the prices for the tech items, those are still way too high. The 3M monitor stand is $5.94 in a lot of stores. The Belkin hub was $3.94 as well (long gone tho). $6 for a PC power cord? Less than a buck at monoprice.
jwpt03 said: 181265 Realspace® Prestigio High-Back Bonded Leather Chair, now $64.93 from $249.99, YMMV I saw tons of furniture (mostly bookcases & filing cabinets) on clearance at the store i went to tonight. A lot of those items are marked down by store though.
Also, jwpt, if you include the ~ at the start and end of your lines, they will get added to the rolling thunder portion of this thread. Thanks!
Another store shows their price as 37.93 but with zero stock.
Is it possible to buy it for $112.91 at one store and return/rebuy it for $37.93 at another store? I went to one store today and the kiosk showed it at $149.99, but they had 0 in stock, all other stores local to me showed at least 1. Big YMMV on that one I guess. You could try printing out the lower price page and seeing if the higher store will PM it, I've been lucky a few times on that, other times not so lucky. Also I have read where some ppl did get the return/rebuy to work as well.
