Did anyone else an email from Neiman Marcus after placing the order that they need to call them? I placed my order for 2 bath and 2 hand towels and received an email that they got trouble with handling this order and that i need to call them???I just called and nobody there to help me until monday, still wondering that is wrong, anyone else got the same situation?

I was just about to pull the trigger but we cant monogram the rugs?? Yeah I know they're reversable....what are my chances of finding a monogrammable matching rug somewhere?

you can always by the rug and get monogrammed afterwards. Not free, but acceptable

Bought the set minus the rugs. Ordered a set for the little man....his is blue reef since his Mother didnt see the wisdom of our bathroom having blue reef. Good deal!

agree with the earlier comment regarding the quality of these towels.
I ordered a similar set last year from Lauren by Ralph Lauren and the quality is not as good as their regular label.

still a great deal, just wanted to provide some feedback on the quality.

They wont charge you until they ship and they said they would ship "before August 22nd" on the site at the time of order. I took this as August 20-21 or even 22. So, no need to worry just yet...
