Thanks OP

Just an FYI its "Deactivated Item" at Newegg, so I think this is an old model.

This is a pretty good case for a media center PC, great layout, nice design and plenty of room inside. No power supply is a bit of a deal breaker.

How do you select in store pickup? Is it on one of the later checkout pages?

Thanks in for 1 still got an 380 Watt Earthwatts power supply from a previous deal (9.99 AR) so a good deal for me. Shipping to the east coast was around $9.

Edit: I will add that this looked like it sold for $99 with a 80% effcient power supply so if you don't have a PS lying around this may not be such a good deal. The SlientPC review of this case can be found here:

Sweet! This is indeed an older model but the newer model doesn't appear to change much. I've got one of this model (and it did come with a power supply) that was around $60-$70 AR. I'm in for 3 more -- these are great for HTPC or if you need a stack of computers at home.

The only annoyances I've found were:
- reset button tends to stick in
- front face is plastic painted silver so easily marred/scratched (particularly on the edges if you keep it in a stack of AV equipment)

The cooling and layout are really nice in my opinion. I hope these come with all of the components (two 120mm fans, etc) besides the power supply. I'm using old Zalman fanmates on mine to keep everything quiet.

edit: Actually, I'm using the Zalman on the CPU cooler. The included 120mm fans have a 3 position switch to control their speed. That kind of attention to detail along with the rubber hard drive mounts make this a quick and easy quiet PC build (as opposed to hunting down those components).

is this case strictly mATX... will a full-size mobo fit?

Specs state it is a micro atx.

Definitely just mATX -- barely fits on the sides.

add the Antec 350W PS (refurb) for $16 more while you are at it. if i didnt already have the 2480 i would be all over this.

alert mods

how is shipping 17 bucks to LA. I went into the store and this was 189, but the one with the power supply. trying to figure out if its worth it or to wait for another 99 deal with power supply

no need to wait for a $99 deal. go grab it from PCConnection right now.

I agree that is a good price. The non-refurbed 80% ones have been on sale/rebate quite a bit lately though. If you're planning on using this in something that is up all the time (HTPC, server, etc), I'd hold off for an 80% rated one (I wonder what this refurb is rated -- could be one for all I know).

I received my two Antec NSK2400 cases today. They arrived in plain brown boxes that were marked as B-stock. Upon opening the boxes, I found them to be identical to my NSK2480 case minus the Antec EA380 EarthWatts power supply. They appear to be new but are being sold as refurbs/B-stock because of cosmetic issues. On one case, I found minor dents near the power supply mounting holes. I had to bend the metal back in this area before mounting a power supply. The other case had a minor dent on the front bezel. I had two spare Antec EA380 power supplies from previous deals and installed them in each case with no problems. Other than the cosmetic damage, I'm happy with this deal. Thanks OP.

2 of the 3 that I received yesterday didn't have any obvious scratches or mars. The other one did have a scratch on the right side of the case that appeared to be "sharpied over". All of the faces looked nice though which is the only thing that I'd care about so I'm happy.

I noticed the 3 point switches for the fans were black instead of white like those on my NSK2400. Interesting that these are NSK2480 -- I'll have to go look over the changes again. I'm very happy with this deal.
