Still works...
I ordered from LCDTVS.com
1719 - 154.7 (9% live.com CashBack) - 15.6 (1% discover card CashBack) = $1548
No Tax and Free shipping to CA.
I read all the the reviews on Nextag for the store and decided to pull the trigger. Got a call today from the store saying that they have shipped the TV.
I hope it comes in good shape. Lets see how it goes..
ok, adding to cart seems to work now
Did exactly same as 'bubagump' ordered from LCDTVs.com for 1719 minus 9% CashBack livesearch and minus 1% from AX (and AX will doubble th Man. Warranty). total after CashBack $1547 no tax and free shipping. It was a very smooth transaction. TV arrived 10 days after ordering. New, undamaged. Much better deal as Fry's (don't like Fry's anyway)
how to get 9% Cash Back ? and 1% from AX ?
I got a great TV (Sharp Aqous 42 inch) from Buydigg.com for $1499 but when I went back to check into it, it was already more expensive.
If you wait, might be able to get at 1599 again as it was a week or two ago, great tv, i just got the 46" for 1399

What's the return exchange policy on lcdtvs.com?

I read the above and did this also. I am new to this but figured out you go to Microsoft Live Search Cash Back, sign in/sign up with my microsoft account and then click on a small link named "and shop at hundreds of stores" and find LCDTVs.com and click the link. As I was being ported to LCDTVs it said I would receive the 9% discount. So, I went and ordered the television. (The $154.72 has showed up in my Cash Back Live account as pending.)
The following morning I got a call from a guy from LCDTVs saying I must call them to set up shipment. That took another day and I got in touch with him. He tried to sell me an extended warranty and I said no. Then we talked shipping options and I said I needed it in ten days because I am going out of town. He could not agree to that for free shipping but offered me express shipping (Mana Expedited services 3 - 5 days) for $99 but we negotiated that down to $59 and it should ship tomorrow.
However, I decided to look at my online credit card statement and the charge was to Butterfly Photo. I am now very nervous because of reseller ratings. It is a good price but sounds risky. I could cancel tonight. This their return policy:
"""Return Policy: These items are special orders and only can be cancelled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route. All of these items come with full manufacturers warranties, and most include in-home service. These items are not returnable to LCDTVs.com. A defective item must be serviced by an authorized service technician, which LCDTVs.com can help you locate.
Upon delivery of any of these items, it is your responsibility to fully inspect the item to ensure it is not physically damaged. Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item. Once you sign for the item, you are acknowledging acceptance of the product physically as-is, and you will not be able to refute the charges for a physically damaged item from that point forward.
If the merchandise is damaged, make a notation on the delivery manifest and have the delivery person sign it as a witness to the damage.
If the merchandise is not damaged and you refuse delivery, then you are responsible for paying the shipping, handling and insurance charges both ways. A refund will be issued only for the cost of the product, and you will not be reimbursed for the shipping, handling and insurance charges. """""
Did anyone else try this deal?

UPDATE:
I did do this transaction and it worked out great. I paid $59 extra for 3 -5 days shipping which arrived on time, they carried it upstairs, unboxed it and plugged it in. Actually, Butterfly Photo did answer their phone all the time and were good. Yes, they tried to sell me an extended warranty but so does Best Buy. I can't believe I got the Samsung LCD 52" for about $1,600. It is an amazing t.v. with a great anti-reflective screen. Best Buy had it for over $2,200. I saved $600 and I am very happy with this deal.
