On the product page, it states "NOT AVAILABLE FOR IN-STORE PICKUP".
But you can always go to a local Fry's and pick it up there.
For folks that may not know this "SO-DIMM" means that this memory kit is for Notebook/Laptop. It will not fit your desktop computer.

I don't think it works because this is SO-DIMM (AKA Notebook Memory). PC2-5300 is 200-pin while PC2-5400 is 240-pin. But I may be wrong, so don't quote me on this one.

Thanks OP, installed this on my eeePC 1000H and works perfectly.
To all those who bought this: Don't even THINK about trying to peel the UPC sticker off the RAM container (you need the *original* UPC for the rebate). It WILL rip. Just mail the entire top of the case the RAM came in. That's my advice.
