Thanks OP. Been wanting to see if HD is available in my area and for this price I can afford to find out.
You can find a listing of HD channels for your area at www.hdradio.com. The list was pretty current for my area.
Has anyone had any luck receiving the rebate? At $30 even without HD this sounds like a decent radio.

This rebate has been going on a long time. Ibiquity is good for it. Their main source of income is the fees radio stations pay to transmit in HD. Now $25K per station plus a yearly fee (Link).
Their intent is to get consumers to buy as many HD radios as possible.
And, yes, this is a great deal.
