Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) has Rock Band Special Edition for the Wii for $99.48 plus tax. Unadvertised special, but there were still a dozen left on the end aisle & shelf. Lowest price I've seen before now was Amazon.com for $139.
Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock Bundle was $59. They also had Wii's for $247.77, over 2 dozen left in a stack. No Wii Fit, though.

Is this at the Omaha store? The one in Des Moines claims not to sell games, which I believe as they're much smaller than the Omaha store.
