Maybe he/she didn't post it since they knew it was limited to certain people and not everyone, thus keeping a lot of us from wasting our time trying to use it.

It would have been easy to put YMMV in the title and mention it would not work for everybody. Some people change E-mail adresses so they would not get it but it would still works for them. This has happened to me before.

it has a cap of 20$. so split ur purchase with max ~260$ for making full use.
