HDMI 1.3a Category 2 Certified Cable 28AWG - 6ft w/Ferrite Cores (Gold Plated Connectors) - BLUE

$2.97, Plus Tax if in CA, Shipping around $6. Think price is one day only.

Even if CA like me still not a bad deal. Within CA USPS 2-3 Priority is only $5.20. I ordered 4 for $18.00 out the door. A single cable at BB seems to go for $50.

Decent price, got good deals from mono before.

Baffles me that people will pay tons for monster cable but the important long runs are usually low cost CL2 (rated for in wall).

Aside from the PS3 anything out there really using 1.3 HDMI yet?

9 bucks for a 6' HDMI(yes I know it's 1.3) is still pretty steep. I got a 50' run of 1.3 a while ago for $35 shipped which breaks down to about $4.50 for 6'. You can find a bunch of sellers on the bay(eforcity being the most reputable) that are selling 6' 1.3 for $6.88 and up shipped. Just food for thought.

You can't divide the price of a 50 foot cable and compare it to 6 foot cables. The most expensive part of a cable is the connections and the cost to have those connections made. You have to compare apples to apples.

Check the post from lacowboy where Meritline has a better deal. (Although I am a big fan of monoprice and shop there regularly).

Of which I did by providing information on how to get this exact same spec'd cabel on the bay for $3 less. Nowhere did I say slice up a 50 footer into 6' segments. Come on now. if you want to pay more at Monoprice for, be my guest.
