Buy.com is selling the Seagate FreeAgent Pro 750.0 GB External HDD for $126.99 with free shipping. It has USB 2.0, eSata, and Firewire connectors and comes with a 5 year warranty.
Great deal for triple interface. Just one FYI though for potential buyers: The interfaces come as removable modules. One is USB2/eSATA, the other FW400. So if you need FW800 and USB or eSATA ports handy all the time this is not the drive for you as you can only connect on module at a time.

That's actually what Chupa was saying. In the picture, you can only see the USB/eSATA ports. If you want to use firewire, you have to remove the USB/eSATA module and connect the FW one (thus effectively removing the USB/eSATA port).

That is what I'm talking about. The module shown is the USB/eSATA. If you want to use Firewire then you have to get out the screw driver and the USB/eSATA plugs slide out. You then fit the Firewire module in. This is different from most external triple interface cases which have all three interfaces on the box and no need to switch them out.

rumors are that eSata is faster than usb & firewire 400. anyone know anything about it?

$134.99 for me too.
Anyone know if you could swap out the drive for a larger drive very easily? I have a couple 1TB drives on the way. I'd like to use the 750 as an internal drive and use the 1TB for backup.
What is chip for the SATA/eSATA-USB-firewire bridge?
Edit: If you want a very nice enclosure with the triple interface properly implemented, I suggest the Vantec 360-UFS. Very well built, all aluminum, Oxford 934 as bridge. With newer hard drives and a TI or Agere firewire host, it can sustain 42 MB/sec read over firewire. eSATA will do the max of the hard drive (~65-70-80 MB/sec) USB is mediocre (~25 MB/sec), but barring compatibility, who in his/her right mind will pair a newer hard drive with a USB interface ?
in for one, thanks. good price, 5 year warranty, the "Pro" version has an aluminum housing which is thinner, should hopefully give better heat dissapation...

Don't get this for the eSata. It runs at the same speed as USB. Also, be warned that the bottom of the drive gets VERY HOT!!! Even when just sitting idle. Check out Google, Newegg, Amazon reviewss.
Also, Seagate sells these direct, free s/h, no tax for $120 on sale.
