Frys.com has McAfee Internet Security with SiteAdvisor for $55 - $55 MIR with Free Shipping! No Upgrade rebate required. This rebate is good from 08/13/2008 to 08/21/2008.
The latest Consumer Reports (September 2008) essentially says the same thing. McAfee and BitDefender (I think) came out on top in the ratings of leading Internet Security Suites. I think Norton is riding the coattails of its prior successes, innovativeness, prominence and certainly its name recognition. Its products, although not terrible, have been rather lackluster and mediocre performance-wise lately. We'll see what the new '09 lineup does to change that.
