In my local target, they reduced disney 7" picture frames from 74.99 to 29.99. i was in a hurry and could't not down more info about this.

It doesnt seem like a normal clearance prices. probably just a sale price. Anyone can confirm if it is nation wide. It is a good deal at 29.99.
