Came across this coupon on a BIC display unit at a local OM.

There are pads and pads of these to rip off and take home.

You can claim the coupon by presenting the tear off coupon from OM along with the reciept/invoice/packing slip/online reciept that shows the purchase of two BIC products.
The coupon does NOT state a minimum purchase

You may also recieve coupon via email by filling out tear off form and mailing it in along with
the BIC proof of purchase.

if they do take IP or you have the $1/2 from inserts, it's 1 @ 99c +1 @ 1c - $1/2 = FREE plus $10 GC

So it would appear that the in-store deal at Lids is valid through 12/31 (purchase pens by 9/30). Is that how others read the fine print?
