My only concern is with the rebate center that is handling this rebate. Panda previously used Parago (El Paso, TX) and Rebatestatus (Phoenix, AZ), but this rebate goes to Tempe, AZ, which is not one of the major rebate processors. Does anyone have any experience with rebates going to Tempe?

Don't know this specific rebate center, but as long as they tell you to keep copies (which to me is code for "you're protected") and provide an 800 number, you can feel pretty confident that unless you screw up, you'll be OK. May take three months, but you'll be OK.
If you have a printer setup on your network, then avoid this software at all costs. Even their tier 2 tech support couldn't ever figure out how to keep their firewall from kicking my HP printer hooked up via an ethernet cable off of my own network. They even gave me a free copy of their next version of the software which still didn't work. Uninstalled, and I won't ever install their software again. I only recommend Panda to people I don't like...
