These flash drive manufacturers really need to start putting read/write stats in the specs. The speeds I'm seeing for this one in various reviews aren't all that great.
Nice price, really nice capless design, but a flash drive is really only worth the speed at which it can read and write.

For what it's worth the model number is "STU8GSMBK."
Supertalent's exelerator drives run at 25MB/sec read. I'm sure this one's slower than that. Pity. I own a 4g supertalent drive from a couple years ago "readyboost" capable and it's much faster than your average drive.
