CNet gave it 3.7 / 10 and there are other poor reviews out there. It basically does a lot of things, but none of them well. The price isn't too bad, but you'll get what you pay for. I take it shipping is extra.

The only widespread poor reviews I was able to find pertained to rebate issues ending almost 4 years ago. I have never personally had a problem purchasing anything from this company.
