Returns have to be made within 30 days, return shipping isn't free. Not a problem for me, especially when buying brands I'm very familiar with, but some people aren't comfortable with it.

they are great with their service, but the return part is a pia, so I order a bunch and return em all at once.
My wife ordered 4 sets and said that this is hot deal! Not sure why more people have not jumped on it!
