longhorn said:Scored one in Round Rock, Texas. They had a tag that said $129.99, but I had the clerk scan the camera, and it came up $65.99. No problem using the $10 off $40 coupon.
They had the 733 and 737, but I took the 733 to ensure no rebate problems. And the online rebate thing, assuming it works, is pretty slickI got one $65 i733 using 10-off-40 at one WGs and one $65 i737 using 10-off-40 at another WGs. Are these really the same camera in different packages or is one better? You FW folks sometimes have inside info (like same brand name but Chinese-made versus Japanese-made blank CD/DVD media): same camera specs, but made at different factories or different chipset or different lens manufactuer, etc.??? Which is better? Anyway, I may return one or give the other camera and receipt to a friend to get the second rebate. THANKS! |

You can claim both rebates (one for 737 and one for the 733) according to the rebate center. THey added the 733 after the booklet printed. I believe the 737 has IS. Kev |

KevThanks for the really quick reply, but what's IS? (I might figure it out 2 seconds after hitting "reply", but here goes ...) |

OK. I got a couple of the i733's with the $10 off 40 coupon for both. Does anyone know Walgreen's return policy? If I open it and the zoom breaks in a day, can I return it? |

Well you'll likely find out. Mine just quit working altogether after no more than a couple dozen pics. What a piece of carp. |

I paid $15 for this after using $10 off $40 coupon from Walgreens. With this cheap price, I am very happy with the camera. If anyone says this that this camera is a junk, then please spend $500 to buy a SLR digital camera from Staples. It will give you a wonderful picture. (of course, you must have $500 to spend for it. But I don't have that kind of money). |

Yes, you can return it as long as you keep your receipt. Walgreens is a very good company in customer satisfication. |
