If they were giving out ONE $10 gift card for each purchase of FOUR 12 packs how
did you only manage to score ONE $10 gift card if you bought 12?
In true FW spirit we would have bought 4...gotten our $10 GC....went to our car and
put those in and went back in ( to a different cashier of course) and repeated the process.
This is definitely YMMV, not to mention shady. That method worked great until I got up to the second cashier. He scanned the gift card for the 4x12 packs (which are only $10.00 in OH), then my balance was $10.65 after tax. I scanned my gift card from the previous transaction and paid $0.65, then he said 'have a good day' - I asked for my new gift card, and he said it was already used to take money off the Coke products. The manager was walking by so he asked her what to do and she said not to honor the gift card because there is an error in the computer system and that all CSRs should have been told that earlier in the day. I made a hasty exit while they were arguing about it because he had handed me the gift card when I had first asked about it. I have a feeling it will likely be voided out. Made sure I paid cash as well.
