Credit goes to chowskee for the orginal deal, which is now hotter, so I'm starting a new thread.
Fry's is currently selling the Lexar 4GB Memory Stick for $19.99 online here.
Lexar has a $17 rebate here. Rebate for says "Authorized Photo Dealers" but others (thanks Pampers37) have confirmed that Fry's will be allowed. Limit 3 on the rebate.
Net is $2.99 AR + shipping and/or tax.
Also, the Frys.com site now has an in-store pickup option, so you can get the online price and pick it up at your local store - no shipping, no waiting. Well, you still have to wait in the impulse-buy-death-march checkout line at the store. But it works great when the in-store price is higher, and you don't want the hassle of convincing them to price match their own online price.

The $6.32 shipping bites, but still looks like the best deal right now.

i can confirm the rebate work also. i received it already from the previous deal same rebate form. also the 8gb is $50 on the website, so after the $37 rebate, total cost for 8gb is $13. rebate is limit 3 per product.

Does this one work in PSP? Please forgive if it is a dumb question.

Did you get the rebate from this deal? That would be too quick I think...
The rebate is very reliable. I got my last rebate in 6 weeks.

what should we be using for receipt?
rebate form says to mail "a copy of your receipt with purchase circled"

I thought it was a good deal when I got it for $18 after the rebate - just last week - I called their customer service and tried to get a price adjustment and was told that they do not offer a price guarantee.
Anyone have any luck getting a price adjustment with them and would like to share how??

Dn't bother to price adjust. Order new stick, return it with the old receipt.

silly question, if you purchase more than one, do you send 1 rebate form or can you put all in one?

Thanks! I just bought three 4GB MSPDs for $59.97+tax with in-store pickup and should be only $8.93+tax after rebates for 3. I was going to get the 8GB card, but this is cheaper and I dont mind having to swap cards once one is full.
