Amazon is great until something goes wrong and its all downhill from there. love their prices but unfortunately their service sucks in my book. my account is still on hold after 6 weeks and 8 calls and nothing has changed since.
p.s. this was also on a purchase of a 40d with kit where they messed something up and i ended up buying from Newegg for about $20 more.
