Whenever an inquiry is run on your credit report it reduces your average score by only 2-4 points, not enough to cause a problem for most people. Except that Bill Me Later is a line of credit. So it may impact your credit score as much as getting a new credit card with an unusually restrictive credit line. I recommend to stay away. If you need free money that badly, there are credit card deals in the Finance forum. |
