It looks like the $1.99 price is only for the first 2,000 units sold, then it goes up to $2.99 and $3.99.

I have been less than impressed with Meritline lately. I have ordered things that I get charged for, they never show up, I contact them, they say they reship, I never get again and then wind up disputing the charge. I guess I'm just lucky.

Still waiting for my $2.99 USB combo (AC and car charger) from the deal a couple weeks ago. Got a shipping notice, but nothing has actually shown up.

This has to be one of worse online retailers I have experienced.

They're ordering and shipping systems are messed up. I received orders from HK and SoCal (same transaction) and they didn't ship one of my items. Four e-mails to their customer service led to nothing since they kept on asking for information that was either explained earlier to them (all e-mails were referenced/attached) or available on their own systems. The second time I e-mailed them, they said to check all my orders (since my transaction came in two shipments). The third e-mail said they would ship it out. After my fourth e-mail, they said they didn't ship it and wanted the original invoice included in the shipments AFTER two weeks of receiving all my stuff.

First and last time customer.

I got one of these a few months ago and it never worked. The usb portion just broke right away.
